If there is a problem with the order, i.e. the wrong item was sent, please e-mail or call us as soon as possible. We will work to make it right as quickly as we can! If the error was in our processing of your order or a product defect, we will provide a refund for the cost of the item or an exchange, whichever you prefer.
In dyed garments, slight variations that may occur because of the handmade nature of our design and dyeing process are an inherent part of the product and are therefore not refundable. Color fading of naturally dyed fiber should not occur with normal wear as the fiber has been mordanted and only dyes reputable for their fastness have been used. However, as will all clothing, it is not recommended to leave the fiber in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
If you need an order by a specific time, please contact us to ensure we will meet your timeline with an expedited order. Orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service). In stock items are typically shipped within 4-6 business days. If something you like is listed as out of stock, please contact us to place a backorder unless you can use a preorder link through the website.
Caring for your naturally dyed fabrics:
We suggest hand washing your item with mild detergent. Silk fabrics especially should not be washed above 180 degrees (hotter than what you can comfortably touch) or they will lose some of their natural luster.
